In PAH, we believe that patient’s care doesn’t stop from the day of their discharge, but continual care is very essential for a better recovery, especially to those patients that needed professional skill care that the family members may not be able to cope. The home nursing services aim to bring conveniences to the patient and family as they no longer needed to come all the way to the hospital. There will be no waiting time involve and patients will skip the traffic and most importantly, we help to reduce the length of hospitalization.
