Breathe free support group

Breathe Free Support Group is a support group designed to aid the smoker in developing their self-assurance and confidence in the cessation process.

Objectives

To help smoker quit smoking and follow up with the smoker after the Breathe Free intervention program.

We provide:

  1. Physical preparation for participants to combat the physical components of addiction.
  2. Mental preparation for participants to combat the psychological addiction on smoking cessation.
  3. Social preparation for participants to combat social pressures to smoke.
