The 100th Anniversary Celebration Dinner was a night to remember, filled with heartfelt fellowship, cherished memories, and deep gratitude for a century of service. A special thank you goes to YAB Chow Kon Yeow, Penang Chief Minister, for gracing the event and honoring us with his presence. We were also privileged to welcome the Gardner family, who traveled all the way from the United States to celebrate the enduring legacy of their Papa, Dr. J. Earl Gardner. Their presence, along with the missionaries whose parents and grandparents served in the mission clinic, added profound meaning to the evening.
A highlight of the celebration was the moving story shared by Andy, a charity patient, who spoke about his remarkable progress, thanks to the medical disbursement from the hospital. His inspiring journey reminded everyone of the impact of the hospital’s mission of healing and hope. Another proud moment was raising a remarkable RM 710,937 for the Dr. J. Earl Gardner Fund, a testament to the generosity and compassion of our community.
