Penang Adventist Hospital offers a wide range of surgical and non-surgical plastic surgery procedures at the Cosmetic and Reconstructive Centre.

Plastic surgery has two main branches: Cosmetic and Reconstructive. Cosmetic plastic surgery improves on “normal” parts of the body; whereas Reconstructive plastic surgery corrects abnormal structures of the body caused by birth defects, developmental abnormalities, trauma or injury, infection, tumours, and disease.

We are born with beautiful baby skin, but with the assault of time and the environment, many of us do not maintain beautiful skin. However, with today’s technology, we are able to restore much of what we originally had through plastic surgery. Both men and women can benefit from plastic surgery to enable them to present their best appearance possible and to enhance self-esteem.
